The Compliance Specialist II conducts compliance monitoring, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements. The role evaluates findings, determines appropriate corrective actions, and coordinates resolution activities to address non-compliance and strengthen program integrity.On a typical day, you might:Process assigned compliance cases from intake through resolution.Conduct compliance audits and monitoring activities for internal stakeholders, providers, and vendors.Investigate allegations of non-compliance.Evaluate case findings and determine appropriate corrective actions.Monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.Employee Benefits:Trillium knows that work/life balance is essential.
