Companial is looking for a Regional Lead DACH to take responsibility for our largest and most strategic region. With approximately 250 Microsoft Dynamics partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, DACH plays a key role in the continued growth and success of our organization.This is not a traditional sales management role.You will be responsible for the overall health, growth and success of the regional partner ecosystem while leading a team of approximately 12 experienced professionals across Partner Success, Recruitment and Technical Sales.Most of the day-to-day partner engagement is handled by the team. Your focus is on leadership, strategy, partner satisfaction, Microsoft relationships and handling complex situations that require senior guidance and decision-making. At the same time, you are expected to maintain close relationships with partners yourself, engage in strategic discussions and act as a trusted advisor for key partners across the DACH region.About the roleLead a team of approximately 12 professionals across Germany, Austria and SwitzerlandDrive regional growth, performance and partner successStrengthen and expand relationships with Microsoft and strategic partnersAct as escalation point for complex partner situationsWork closely with senior leadership on strategy, growth initiatives and regional prioritiesSupport cloud transformation and long-term partner developmentEnsure partners continue to see value across Companial's service portfolioBuild strong collaboration between local teams and international stakeholdersThe DACH region:Approximately 250 Microsoft Dynamics partnersLargest region within CompanialStrong Business Central focus (approximately 85%)Strategic opportunity to expand adoption of Power Platform, CRM and F&SCM solutions across the partner ecosystemTeam consists mainly of highly experienced senior professionalsStable, mature and collaborative environmentStrong local Microsoft engagement through events and partner activitiesWhat we're looking for:There are four key requirements:Strong Business Central channel experience within the DACH marketProven leadership experienceSolid Microsoft ecosystem knowledge and networkDynamics knowledge at approximately minimum "Level 200" fundamentalsYou are located in Germany, or close to the German borderYou do not need to be deeply functional or technical. We are not looking for a consultant, architect or product specialist.However, you should understand:How Microsoft partners operate and generate value for their customersThe Dynamics and broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystemThe opportunities and challenges partners face in today's marketThe fundamentals of Business Central and related Microsoft Business ApplicationsHow Companial's services, programs and expertise can help partners grow and succeedNative German language skills are required, as local market understanding and local service delivery are core parts of our company culture.What you bring:Experience leading teamsStrong stakeholder management skillsCommercial and strategic mindsetAbility to operate in a complex and fast-moving environmentUnderstanding of Microsoft Business ApplicationsStrong communication and networking skills in German and EnglishExperience within channel, partner or indirect sales organizationsWhat we offer:• Monthly compensation package between €6,000 and €11,000, consisting of a fixed salary and variable performance component (approximately 80/20 split)• Additional annual performance bonus of up to 3-4 monthly salaries• 28 vacation days• Fully remote setup• Travel approximately 2 days per week• Mileage reimbursement• Significant autonomy and ownership• High visibility within Companial and MicrosoftInterview process: 3 conversations with your future manager, Erik Kaae, and members of the executive leadership team, giving both sides the opportunity to explore the role, expectations, company culture and Companial's long-term vision.Curious?
