Accountant at iTalent PLUS

Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant to join its Finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to contribute to the company's financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations while supporting the continued growth of the business.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting budgeting and audit activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.Support the wider Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations.RequirementsFully qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent), or currently in the final stages of qualification.Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.Experience within the cryptocurrency industry will be considered an advantage.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.What Our Client OffersFully remote working environment based in Malta.Competitive salary package based on experience.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for learning, professional development, and career growth.Hands-on exposure to accounting and financial operations within a growing business.About iTalent PLUSAs iGaming recruitment specialists, at iTalent PLUS, we take pride in our role as matchmakers between exceptional talent and forward-thinking employers.
