At Linguavoice Studio, we're looking for an ambitious Creative Operations Assistant to work directly with the Founder and become a key part of our daily operations.This is a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in the dubbing, voice-over, and audio production industry while contributing to multilingual international projects and collaborating with clients and voice talents from around the world.What We're Looking ForHas a strong eye for quality and can distinguish excellent work from work-that could harm the company's reputation.Builds professional, long-term relationships with voice talents.Has excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — mandatory.Learns quickly, adapts easily, and pays close attention to detail.Is organized, reliable, and proactive.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain the company's voice talent database.Help improve our internal talent management system.Recruit and onboard new voice talents following Linguavoice Studio's quality standards.Coordinate auditions, voice tests, and casting requests while meeting tight deadlines.Assist in coordinating dubbing, voice-over, and audio production projects before final delivery.Update the company portfolio.Coordinate with the design and video teams to prepare marketing showcase materials.Support management in improving daily operations and internal workflows.Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar creative environment.Experience in voice-over, dubbing, audio production, sound engineering, or related creative fields is considered a strong advantage.Job DetailsRemote (Full-time)5.5 working days per week3-month probation periodFixed monthly salary with regular performance reviews and clear career growth opportunities.If you're looking for a routine job, this role probably isn't for you.
