Work with the Impact and Accountability Cluster Lead, Hivos’ MEAL focal point, and consortium partners to ensure compliance, learning, and accountability.What you’ll do:Develop and implement MEAL systems aligned with EU donor requirements 📊Monitor project performance and ensure high-quality reportingAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-makingCoordinate MEAL activities across consortium partnersStrengthen organizational learning and accountability practicesProduce reports and recommendations based on project evidencePromote data analytics, automation, and advanced data managementSupport knowledge-sharing and learning initiativesEnsure compliance with ethical data management and GDPR principlesContribute to adaptive management and continuous programme improvementWho should apply:Bachelor’s degree in M&E, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, International Development, or related field. Master’s preferred5+ years professional MEAL experience3+ years supporting EU or other major donor-funded programmesFluency in English.
