We're hiring a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support the development of an AI-driven retail sales planning platform for a leading consumer health client.This role combines data analytics with business analysis, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of data, technology, and business. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to deliver data-driven planning solutions.Key Responsibilities:Validate and analyze retail sales data using SQL and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.Develop planning metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports to support business decisions.Gather and document business requirements, create BRDs and user stories, and facilitate stakeholder workshops.Partner with engineering teams on solution design, sprint planning, and UAT.Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.We're looking for professionals with:4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Retail Analytics, or Consumer Goods.Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills.Experience with requirements gathering, BRDs, process mapping, user stories, and UAT.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in cross-functional Agile environments.Preferred:PythonSnowflake or DatabricksPower BI or TableauJira or Azure BoardsExperience with Retail, FMCG, Consumer Health, Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or Walmart Luminate.Location: Remote (with overlap to US business hours)If you're interested, or know someone who would be a good fit, please send your resume to careers@cyrino.com.
