The head office is located in Montreal and we have offices in Canada, the United States and Europe (Cyprus, Georgia and Ukraine).Our product: A trailblazer in the clip marketplace delivering authentic content from studios to consumers worldwide.The Content Moderator plays a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing and enforcing content policies. This position involves monitoring user-generated content, identifying potential policy violations, and ensuring adherence to platform guidelines. The Content Moderator helps uphold online safety standards by accurately assessing flagged content, applying moderation decisions consistently, and escalating complex cases when necessary.RESPONSIBILITIES:Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.Identify and report content that violates safety standards, community guidelines, or legal requirements.Follow established moderation procedures to maintain consistency in enforcement.Meet accuracy and productivity targets while making fair and objective moderation decisions.Escalate complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams when necessary.Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive content and user data.REQUIREMENTSPreferred: 6 months-1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related trust and safety fields.Strong attention to detail and ability to review content that may include hate speech, fraud or misinformation/disinformation.Basic understanding of content moderation tools, workflows, and community guidelines.Awareness of cultural differences and their impact on online communities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document moderation decisions clearly.We offer:Paid vacation and sick leaves days;Leading company in its field on the market (worldwide);Learning and sport program;Full remote work from home;Cool & friendly team.
