20four7VA is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst & Business Intelligence Specialist to support the continued growth of its reporting, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives.Working directly alongside the company's Data & Technology Lead (Yash), this individual will become responsible for building dashboards, improving reporting systems, organizing business data, creating cloud-based workflows, and supporting AI-driven operational improvements across multiple departments.This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and automation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and continuously looks for ways to improve reporting accuracy, business intelligence, and operational efficiency.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Business Intelligence & ReportingBuild, maintain, and improve business dashboardsCreate reports that provide actionable operational insightsDevelop visualizations using business intelligence platformsValidate reporting accuracy across multiple business unitsSupport executive reporting initiativesData AnalyticsAnalyze operational, recruiting, sales, and financial dataBuild scalable reporting systems and data modelsIdentify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvementMaintain data integrity across multiple platformsSupport ongoing KPI development and performance measurementAutomation & AIDevelop cloud-based workflows and automation processesUtilize AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and business operationsAssist with AI-powered data analysis and workflow optimizationSupport API integrations between business platformsRecommend process improvements that reduce manual workTechnical DevelopmentSupport SQL queries and database reportingPerform data extraction, transformation, and validationAssist with API integrations and troubleshootingWork alongside the technology team on internal data initiativesDocument reporting processes and technical workflowsContinuous ImprovementContinuously optimize reporting processes for speed and accuracyRecommend improvements to dashboards and data systemsMaintain documentation for analytics and reporting projectsCollaborate with leadership on new reporting initiativesEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement.
