You will leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate processes, increase operational efficiency, and provide actionable insights. By partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you will translate business needs into scalable solutions that drive measurable business value. Through your work, you will help create a more efficient, data-driven organization that supports growth and continuous improvement.OutcomesDeliver Power Platform Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform applications, automations, and reporting solutions that meet stakeholder requirements, with 90%+ of projects delivered on or before agreed-upon deadlines.Increase Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, achieving measurable efficiency.Maintain Reliable Business Intelligence: Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards with 99%+ data accuracy and availability, enabling timely and informed business decision-making.Drive User Adoption: Create intuitive solutions and provide end-user support that result in high adoption rates and stakeholder satisfaction.Ensure Platform Stability: Maintain Power Platform applications, workflows, and integrations with minimal business disruption, resolving critical issues within established service-level expectations.Strengthen Governance and Security: Ensure 100% compliance with established Power Platform governance, security, documentation, and environment management standards.Deliver Scalable Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other business systems that support reliable and efficient data flow across the organization.Promote Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement at least four meaningful enhancements or process improvements each quarter that improve system performance, user experience, or operational effectiveness.CompetenciesOwnership & Accountability: Takes responsibility for results, follows through on commitments, and consistently delivers high-quality work.Problem Solving: Uses analytical thinking to identify root causes and develop practical, effective solutions.Customer Focus: Seeks to understand stakeholder needs and delivers solutions that create meaningful business value.Collaboration: Builds strong working relationships and partners effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations.Experience working with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party system integrations.Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, and DAX.Ability to work full-time and maintain significant overlap with U.S. business hours, including evening or overnight schedules as needed.Remote Work RequirementsDedicated home office or professional remote work environment.Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and daily business operations.CompensationCompetitive Full-Time Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱135,000 PHP per month
