Requirements and responsibilities

You will work with AI tools to generate and select images used for training models.The role focuses on producing consistent visual results and filtering them based on clear quality criteria.Most of your work will involve generating images in batches, reviewing them, and selecting the ones that meet style and quality requirements. The work includes repetitive tasks and requires consistency and attention to detail.You will also use basic scripts or API to automate parts of the process and keep data organized. You will learn internal styles and workflows during onboarding and communicate directly with the client in English.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Write prompts and adjust settings for image generationGenerate batches of imagesReview and filter images based on defined criteriaSelect images that match style and quality requirementsIdentify visual issues (lighting, color, composition, anatomy)Organize and label selected imagesDefine and apply rules for consistent selectionCompare outputs and choose the best optionsWork with ML and data teams to improve resultsUse simple scripts or API to automate repetitive tasksDocument your work so others can reuse itRequirements:Fluent EnglishBasic understanding of visual quality (lighting, color, composition, style)Attention to detail when reviewing large numbers of imagesAbility to explain your decisions and turn them into clear rulesBasic programming skills (Python or JavaScript) for simple automation and working with APIsComfortable working with repetitive tasksNice to haveExperience with image generation toolsExperience with datasets, annotation, or QABackground in design, photography, or visual artsPortfolio with relevant workWork conditionsFull-time, remoteSchedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PDT, with a one-hour lunch breakTrial period: 3 monthsLong-term project
