You are vested on your first day of eligibility in the plan.  Participate in our wellness program to improve your health and earn a discount on your health insurance premiums.  Explore new education and training opportunities with our Tuition Reimbursement Plan which covers up to $5,250. This is a remote, work-from-home position, and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply in the continental U.S., with the exception of candidates from Colorado, California, Washington, Maryland, Hawaii, New York, Maine, Illinois, or New Jersey.   POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, reporting, business support, and responds to external requests.  ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting Management and administration of the FPA Planning system (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting NSPB)Support the process and creation of financial forecasts and budgets for all major forecasting and budgeting cyclesCreation of report templates to support analysis and requirements of management and FPA staffManagement & External ReportingResponsible for producing multiple reporting packages that are used internally and externallyPrepare reports and analysis of trends in P&L results and business metrics compared to expectations to provide insight into business resultsProvide support to Accounting department during the close periods to ensure data integrityResponsible for monthly consolidated headcount reportingCreate and maintain reporting hierarchies for financial systems (NetSuite, NSPB, and Smart View).  Understanding reporting hierarchies is a must!Provide supporting schedules for external reporting (Monthly Management Review and Lender reporting)Distribute financials to the Accounting/Finance team for review during the accounting close processSupport Ad hoc report requests from Board of Directors as well as the internal management teamBusiness SupportBusiness Support of the executives and other departmentBusiness Support of the Finance/HR/Legal/IT departments Business and Reporting Process ImprovementCreate, audit, and update documentation in business and reporting processesUtilize modern reporting tools (NSPB, PowerQuery, and PowerBI) and AI (Claude and CoPilot) to improve accuracy and ease of reportingPartner with Sales, Billing, and IT teams to evaluate business processes and look for opportunities to improve inputs to achieve reporting and analysis outcomesOther duties as assigned  REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years professional experience with financial analysis, budgeting, planning and financial modelingStrong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with company-wide ERP systems (NetSuite), financial planning systems (NSPB), financial reporting systems (NSPB and Smart View), and sales and marketing systems (HubSpot, Service Now, and ConnectWise)Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment where accuracy is expectedAbility to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partnersCompetence in dealing with very confidential data and informationStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsProactive, future-looking, positive attitudeAbility to work independently and take ownership of work producedStrong communication (written and oral) skills including with people in other business groupsAbility to develop positive and professional relationships with colleagues and leadership and work effectively across organization boundaries PREFFERED SKILLS/EXPERIENCECMA, MBA or CPA
