Looking for SRE & Observability Engineers | Remote | LATAM & Western Europe | USDNitka Technologies is expanding its SRE team! We are looking for 4 specialists at once for an international FinTech project (remote, full-time, paid in USD)We are strengthening our core team for a long-term project with a major US banking holding. The project is fully focused on system reliability.Four roles are open:Lead SRE / SRE Architect - to lead the implementation of practices from scratchSenior SRE Engineer / Platform Reliability Engineer - to build a reliable infrastructureObservability Engineer - to build end-to-end monitoring and tracingSRE Consultant - to set up processes, metrics, and alertingMain responsibilities:Implement and scale SRE practices from scratch across all banking platformsBuild monitoring, logging, and end-to-end tracing processesAutomate infrastructure and ensure application stabilityGeneral stack and team requirements:SRE Fundamentals: reliability metrics (SLI/SLO/Error Budgets) and processes (On-call, Runbooks, Postmortems)Infrastructure: Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Python/Bash/Go)Cloud & Monitoring: experience with Azure, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, and OpenTelemetryCoding: understanding of Java / .NET to implement metrics, log analytics in Splunk/ELKProcesses: setting up Burn Rate alerts, communicating with the businessDomain: experience in banking or FinTech is a big plusLanguage: spoken English at an Intermediate level or higher (for working with the US team)What we offer:Remote work, full-time employment (8 hours a day) with a flexible schedule and no time trackersDirect interaction with the US teamPayment in USDPaid vacation and holidaysSend your resume via direct message, Telegram @natallia_kalamys, or tag your colleagues in the comments!
