Responsibilities
We are hiring a NetSuite Consultant to act as the primary advisor on a core HubSpot–NetSuite integration project. You will define how data lands in NetSuite, bridge the gap between business processes and technical mapping, and work directly with US-based finance teamsThe Advisory Scope:ERP Core: NetSuite OneWorld (Financials, Entities, Item Catalogs, SuiteAnalytics)Integration Partnering: Direct collaboration with HubSpot/iPaaS teams and external NetSuite partnersSecurity & Auth: Setup guidance for Token-Based Authentication (TBA) and integration permissionsData Strategy: Business rules for closed deals, line-item mappings, and revenue rollups✅ Must-Have Qualifications:Extensive functional expertise in NetSuite OneWorldHands-on experience mapping custom fields and defining CRM–ERP data architecturesAbility to translate complex finance/accounting requirements into structured NetSuite logicExcellent spoken and written English for client-facing advisory in US time zones✨ Perks:High-impact advisory role without micromanagementFully remote flexibility across target Latam countriesCompetitive rate/salary paid in USD📣 Language: Fluent English (Mandatory)
