We are looking for an experienced CAPPS Financials Reports Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM), BI Publisher, PS Query, and SAP Business Objects to support a large State of Texas ERP initiative.Responsibilities:Develop, modify, and maintain PeopleSoft Financial reports.Design reports using Query Manager, Query Viewer, BI Publisher, and PS Query.Build reports using SAP Business Objects.Gather business requirements and convert them into technical reporting solutions.Analyze PeopleSoft Financial tables, joins, effective-dated records, and data relationships.Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.Support system upgrades, patches, and production releases.Perform UAT, regression testing, and report validation.Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and technical documentation.Support CAPPS Financial modules including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Asset Management, Project Costing, Contracts, Grants, Inventory, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, Travel & Expense.Provide Level-2 production support.Work with Agile, SDLC, ITIL, and Managed Services teams.Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance.Participate in Disaster Recovery testing, SOC-1 audits, and Major Incident Management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and State agencies.Required Skills8+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials experienceStrong experience with CAPPS FinancialsOracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2PeopleSoft Query ManagerQuery ViewerPS QueryBI Publisher (XML Publisher)SAP Business ObjectsOracle SQLFunctional Design Documents (FDD)PeopleSoft Page & Field ConfiguratorEvent MappingDrop ZonesPage ComposerPerformance TuningUATRegression TestingDocumentationITILInformation SecurityNIST FrameworkExcellent communication skillsPreferredState Government project experienceCAPPS implementation/support experienceERP Financial Systems experienceOracle PeopleSoft FSCM Image 53 experienceEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field.Preferred CertificationsOracle PeopleSoft CertificationITIL FoundationAgile/Scrum CertificationPMP (Preferred)Experience8–12+ years of PeopleSoft Financials experience.State Government ERP experience preferred.CAPPS experience is highly preferred.VisaUSC | GC | GC-EAD | H4-EAD | H1B Transfer | TN | Any Valid Work Authorization
