Requirements and responsibilities

The DetailsCompensation: $1,700 USD / month. Schedule: Full-time. Location: 100% Remote (LATAM).⚡ The MissionLead the continuous improvement of our primary operational platform, Odoo, across CRM, quoting, purchasing, and accounting workflows.Design, document, and maintain highly scalable workflows, SOPs, templates, and system checkpoints to ensure operational consistency.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, maintain product/vendor databases, and build actionable performance dashboards for leadership.Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external Odoo consultants. Roll out new processes through structured documentation and group training.Identify operational bottlenecks, deliver weekly reports highlighting workflow gaps, and champion cleanup initiatives.🛠️ Your ArsenalProven track record in improving business operations, systems, or process management within a growing organization.Strong understanding of ERP or CRM platforms. Odoo experience is highly preferred!Ability to translate operational needs into clear software requirements.Advanced English proficiency.Interested?
