We offer a collaborative culture, growth opportunities, and flexibility with remote or hybrid work options.The Opportunity:As a UAT Coordinator, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) for Visio Lending's software solutions. Working closely with Business Systems Analysts, business stakeholders, and Engineering teams, you'll organize testing cycles, guide end users through the UAT process, track defects and approvals, and communicate testing progress and release readiness. Your efforts will help ensure new features and system enhancements meet business requirements and are ready for a successful launch.If you are an organized, collaborative professional who enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, keeping projects on track, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you. You'll thrive if you're a strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail, enjoy solving problems, and are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that support the business.What You'll DoPlan, schedule, and coordinate UAT cycles across releases and projectsPartner with business systems analysts (BSAs) to translate requirements into UAT test plans and test casesRecruit, onboard, and guide business users who serve as UAT testersMaintain the UAT schedule, entry/exit criteria, and readiness checklistsTrack test execution progress, defects, and resolution status, and report regularly on UAT healthFacilitate defect triage and communication between business testers and engineeringManage UAT sign-off, approvals, and supporting documentationCommunicate UAT status, risks, and go/no-go recommendations to stakeholdersCoordinate test environment and test data readiness with technical teamsMaintain UAT documentation, templates, and process standards, and drive continuous improvementContribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives as neededOther responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needsAuthorized Remote Locations: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, NC, SC, TX, UTWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience3- 5 years of experience coordinating UAT, software testing, or project deliveryProven experience organizing and leading test cycles that involve business or non-technical testersExperience collaborating with business systems analysts (BSAs) to build test plans and test casesStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologiesProficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)Excellent organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skillsA clear communicator who can bridge business and technical teamsAbility to manage multiple concurrent test cycles and competing prioritiesAbility to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devicesWhat We Prefer to Find:Experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or another regulated industryFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesAbility to write basic SQL queries to validate dataExperience with requirements management and test traceabilityPMP, CAPM, CBAP, or ISTQB certification
