WE ARE HIRINGFor Workday HCM ConsultantWorkday HCM expert in 10-15 years total work-experience and minimum of 8 years of Workday experience. A right candidate will have an experience of at 2-3 full-cycle implementations.Key responsibilities:Expertise in Workday workflows, customizations, integrations with third-party applications, and configurationsDesign and architect scalable solutions across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Talent modulesLead and/or support Workday implementations, enhancements and release management activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.Build complex reports and dashboardsDefine and enforce best practices for configurations, security, integrationsEstimate effort for configurations and customizations in Workday HCM moduleRequired skills:Understanding of HR Processes, Compliance standards, and data modelsExpertise in Workday Studio, EIBWorkday HCM certification - good to have
