AMZSPARKS is looking for an experienced Amazon Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our remote team. We’re searching for someone who can take ownership of inventory planning, supplier coordination, procurement, FBA shipment planning, and supply chain optimization for growing Amazon brands.Key responsibilities include:Inventory forecasting and replenishment planningAmazon FBA shipment creation and inventory managementSupplier coordination, quotation comparison, and cost negotiationTracking production, shipping, customs, and delivery timelinesMonitoring stock-outs, overstock, aged inventory, stranded inventory, and IPI performancePreparing reports and identifying supply chain risks and improvementsRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon supply chain, procurement, or inventory managementStrong understanding of Amazon FBA and Seller CentralExperience working with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, or logistics partnersStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with tools like: Helium 10, Sellerboard, InventoryLab, SoStocked, Forecastly, RestockPro, ERP systems, freight forwarding, DDP/DDU logistics, or 3PL operations is a plus.🌍 Fully remote role📈 Growth-focused Amazon agency environment🤝 Opportunity to work with international eCommerce brandsIf you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving supply chain performance, we’d love to hear from you.
