Responsibilities

Company Overview: - I am the founder of ATHLFT, an AI-powered strength and conditioning platform helping athletes access elite-level coaching. - I am looking for a creative videographer and editor to help document the journey of building the company from the ground up. - This is an opportunity to become part of an early-stage startup and create authentic content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person filming around London for founder content, events, and athlete shoots. - This position starts part-time and paid per project, with scope for increased work, responsibility, and pay as the business grows. Responsibilities: - Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. - Turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven content. - Maintain a consistent visual style across ATHLFT’s channels. - Add captions, sound design, and pacing suited to social media. - Occasionally attend shoots in London to capture founder content, athlete sessions, and events. - Help develop creative ideas and content concepts. Requirements: - Experience editing short-form social media content. - Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and editing. - Comfortable using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. - Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Based in the UK, with London preferred for occasional shoots. Nice to Have: - Interest in sport, fitness, or performance. - Experience filming with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or modern smartphones. - Photography experience. - Motion graphics or basic animation skills. - Experience working with startups or personal brands. Equipment: - You do not need expensive equipment. - A modern smartphone, such as an iPhone 17 Pro or similar, is perfectly acceptable if you have a good eye for composition and storytelling. Compensation: - Paid per video or project. - Flexible, part-time workload. - Compensation will increase as ATHLFT grows. - Opportunity for performance bonuses and a long-term creative partnership. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Final-year university students. - Freelance videographers and editors. - Content creators looking to build an exciting portfolio. - Someone who enjoys documenting founders and startups. - Someone who values authentic storytelling over overly polished corporate content. Success Metrics: - Within the first few months, you will have helped build one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports startup content brands by consistently producing engaging videos that showcase the journey of building ATHLFT and inspire athletes to follow along.
