It is a small, high-ownership team that consistently wins against far larger competitors by out-executing them.Our partner is hiring their first dedicated Customer Success / Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship for a fast-growing book of enterprise home-services accounts. This is a revenue-focused seat: you will build the customer success playbook from scratch, drive retention and expansion, and turn satisfied customers into growing ones.You will work closely with the founding team and have direct influence over how the company scales its customer base, with compensation tied to the retention and expansion you deliver.ResponsibilitiesOwn retention and net revenue retention (NRR) across a portfolio of enterprise accountsBuild the customer success function and playbook from the ground upDrive expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sellPartner with sales, product, and leadership to deliver strong customer outcomesTravel to customers as needed (approximately 25% of the time)Requirements2-4 years in customer success, account management, or another revenue-oriented roleStrong commercial instincts with a focus on expansion and NRRBuilder mentality with experience creating processes from scratchComfortable with approximately 25% travelBackground in home services, trades, or field-service management, or early-stage startup experience, is a plus
