OverviewThe Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst is a robust communicator of financial, accounting, and compliance related information. Under the direction of the CFCO they are a critical thought partner in advancing the organization s goals, projects, and processes in the finance, accounting, and compliance division.The right candidate will have experience in and possess strategic abilities to engage with projects in dynamic ways. The person also engages in oversight and supervision of nonprofit financial matters to ensure proper procedures and processes for receipt and disbursement of funds, allocation of functional expenses, financial modeling, organizational reporting, general ledger account reconciliations, budget assistance, financial analysis, contract review and management, and other related duties as services across divisions under direction of the CFO including AP AR and 1099 filingsEnsure payments are recorded in SFCash receipt workpapersRNA workpapers updatedMonthly divisional financial statements and packagesProjects affecting divisional needsEnsure nonprofit best practices and complianceMonitor and control cash flowMaintain Rapid Reporting Power BI dashboards and analyticsFinancial Note About FlexibilityFor full time salaried employees you are compensated for performance not by the hour. Overtime and early morning meetings may be required. The finance accounting and compliance division often meets early in the morning in the United States time zones.CompensationCompensation for this full time position is 85,000 - 100,000 annually.
