Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Marketing Account Manager to oversee client relationships and manage digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, understands performance-driven marketing, and can manage multiple accounts while delivering measurable results across SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management
Conduct initial consultations to understand client goals and business needs.
Provide tailored marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular Zoom meetings and proactive communication.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with acquiring new clients and supporting deal closures.
Digital Marketing Strategy
Create, execute, and manage SEO strategies.
Launch and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns tailored to client goals.
Content Creation
Design visually appealing marketing materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe.
Email Marketing
Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and retain audiences.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance, including outcomes, progress, ROI, CTR, and lead generation.
Provide insights and optimization recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Notion Management
Track meetings, tasks, projects, and reports in Notion.
Update Notion daily with accurate and organized client and project information.
Maintain clear workflows to support team alignment and execution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Proficiency in Canva, Notion, and Adobe tools.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience managing client accounts in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Advanced experience with email marketing and campaign optimization.
