Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance and controlling processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues.
- Develop and execute test plans (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, MM, PP, and technical consultants.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare detailed documentation.
- Participate in all project lifecycle phases, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- You have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience (implementation & support).
- You have strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
- You have a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling best practices.
- You have experience with SAP FICO integration with SD, MM, and PP modules.
- You have the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- You have experience in preparing functional design documents and test cases.
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SAP FICO Certification(s) are preferred.
- You have experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration.
- You have knowledge of financial reporting tools and third-party system integrations.
- You have familiarity with project methodologies such as ASAP or Agile.
