The OpportunityAs a QA Automation Engineer at MedMe, you’ll be a key driver in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our pharmacy care management platform. You will work closely with small, agile engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain testing strategies that support our platform across web and API interfaces. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards our 4,500 pharmacy clients rely on while helping MedMe expand into new markets and scale internationally.You’ll help shape testing practices, influence development workflows, and ensure new features meet both functional and performance expectations. Candidates should be located in APAC or LATAM, but we are open to other locations as long as you meet a minimum 4 hour overlap with Eastern Standard Time EST during your standard working hours.CompensationThe base salary range for this role is CA 15 000 CA 65 000 per year depending on experience. In addition to base salary, this role includes variable compensation tied to revenue performance, made up of deal based commission on opportunities you primarily own and a company level bonus linked to overall GTM performance. While actual earnings will vary based on performance, on target earnings for this role are typically expected to land in the mid to high 100 000s USD.
