Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented HR Generalist! The ideal candidate will be responsible to warranty the continuous employee’s management, benefits, discipline, culture code & policies, labor law compliance, and actions required by the HR Manager to be an internal high quality service provider.Key HR FunctionsEmployee Data Management: Maintain and update all employee documentation, records, and internal database profiles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Administrative HR Operations: Manage administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including registrations, terminations, and overall staff records.Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, and managing new staff onboarding.Employee Relations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, complaints, requests, and incident follow-up.Advisory & Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor, offering coaching and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, policy interpretation, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution (including CCMA matters).HR Strategy & Development: Support the design, implementation, and management of HR initiatives focused on driving high performance, engagement, retention, and organizational development.Compliance and Legal: Ensure strict adherence to South Africa’s labor legislation and all company policies.Supply Chain Support: Manage and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.QualificationsProfessional degree in administration, psychology or other admin areas (required).Bilingual – English B2 (required).Office medium level and HRIS platforms (required).Minimum of 4 years' experience as HR assistant including but not limited to (OD - WE, Recruiting, EHS, Payroll, & training).Open to work weekends, highly self-directed, Results committed and basic knowledge in organizational methodologies.Labor Laws expertise (BCEA, EEA, LRA, OHS, WSP/ATR, UIF, COIDA, SDA).As part of our team, you can expect:Competitive SalaryProfessional career pathGreat work environmentLaw benefitsJoin our team and be part of a supportive community that values growth, recognizes excellence, and fosters a vibrant work environment!All suitably qualified applicants will be considered based on their qualifications, experience, and the competencies relevant to the role.
