Your Responsibilities * Prepare our SaaS products for the future using modern technology, smart architecture, and AI magic. * Lead and develop the engineering team. * Make architecture and technology decisions with your team for today and tomorrow. * Implement AI in use cases that deliver measurable impact. * Work closely with product management from idea to successful release. We Are Looking For * At least 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Experience developing B2B SaaS applications. * Experience integrating AI solutions in industrial contexts. * Leadership mindset with technical depth and motivation to build a team. * Strong knowledge of C# / .NET, relational databases, and SQL. * Experience with agile, SCRUM-based software engineering processes. * Excellent German and English skills. * Experience with Angular, React, and Azure DevOps is a plus.
