Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer with expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and Agentic/Generative AI frameworks to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, fine-tuning models, and integrating AI agents into scalable production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, Mistral).
* Build and deploy Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
* Develop end-to-end ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
* Fine-tune and customize pre-trained language models for domain-specific applications.
* Integrate generative AI capabilities into business applications via APIs and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
* Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define and implement scalable AI strategies.
* Research and experiment with emerging AI/ML techniques to continuously improve model performance.
* Ensure compliance, data security, and ethical use of AI technologies in all solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
* Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, etc.).
* Proven experience developing or fine-tuning Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks or multi-agent orchestration (e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI, MetaGPT).
* Deep understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Networks.
* Experience deploying AI models to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and using MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, etc.).
* Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
* Experience with multi-agent systems, autonomous AI workflows, or AI copilots.
* Knowledge of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
* Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research in the generative AI domain.
