Responsibilities

Description: Our Arizona auto-accident personal injury law firm is seeking a Colombian attorney to serve as our Senior Paralegal. This is a long-term role involving legal drafting (non-U.S. legal advice), demand preparation, evidence review, and negotiation assistance. Responsibilities * Draft and revise demand letters. * Prepare polished narratives, exhibit lists, specials, and medical summaries. * Review police reports, medical records, and case evidence. * Assist with negotiations with insurance adjusters. * Collaborate with our Operations Director and Legal Consultant. * Maintain detailed case notes and client updates. Requirements * Law degree from Colombia. * Excellent English. * Experience in U.S. personal injury, claims handling, or insurance defense. * Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills. * Ability to work partially in Arizona time zone. Preferred * Experience preparing personal injury demand packages. * Familiarity with U.S. insurance negotiation patterns. * Experience supporting PI attorneys or law firms.
