* 5-8 years professional software development.
* Strong React.js - Production apps, modern patterns (hooks, context).
* Strong Node.js - RESTful APIs, async patterns.
* AI coding tools - Active user of Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot (validates outputs!).
* Clear communication - Can explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
* Cost-effective mindset - Balance quality with business constraints.
* Autonomous work style - Self-directed, owns quality.
* English proficiency - Fully proficient for professional work.
Nice-to-Have 💡
High Priority:
* Database design & SQL - Complex queries, optimization.
* API development expertise - RESTful design, performance.
* .NET/C# - Enterprise integration.
* Workflow automation - n8n (preferred), Power Automate.
