Responsibilities

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in eCommerce and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, understanding technical details and translating them into clear, structured business requirements to ensure seamless solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. * Translate technical concepts such as integrations, APIs, and data flows into business-aligned deliverables. * Partner with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define scope, design user journeys, and ensure alignment with business goals. * Own and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting process documentation. * Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and UAT activities to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience: * 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven exposure to eCommerce and retail ecosystems. * Strong understanding of eCommerce/retail and integration workflows. * Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. * Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
