🚀 Entry-Level Implementation Analyst | Remote (US) | Fintech / SaaS
Pi3AI is a fast-growing partner in the fintech / SaaS ecosystem helping companies automate and optimize their financial operations through the Simetrik platform. We are looking for an Entry-Level Implementation Analyst to join our team in the US 🇺🇸 and support financial automation projects for clients across the region. If you’re passionate about data 📊, finance 💰, problem-solving 🧠, and learning fast-growing technology platforms 🚀 — this role is for you.
📌 What You’ll Do
• Support the implementation of financial reconciliation and automation projects for clients.
• Work directly with operations, finance, and technical teams to understand client workflows.
• Configure and document the use case, data logic, and reconciliation rules.
• Troubleshoot issues and support the stabilization phase of each implementation.
• Prepare and update functional documentation for each client project.
• Collaborate closely with senior specialists to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced (mandatory).
• Interest or exposure to SQL, Power BI, or other data tools (nice to have).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Located in the United States 🇺🇸.
