🧩 About the Role We’re looking for a Revenue Development Representative (RDR) to own and accelerate qualified pipeline from inbound demand, warm leads, and account-based prospecting. This role sits between a traditional SDR and an Account Executive. It is not a high-volume cold calling role and not a full-cycle closing role. Instead, it focuses on qualifying, nurturing, and advancing opportunities with strong context, structured follow-up, and revenue-minded execution. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure prospects are properly qualified, well-positioned, and ready before handoff.
