Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all on-site activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise site workers, daily schedules, and overall site performance. * Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections. * Manage materials, maintain stock records, and ensure timely availability. * Collaborate with project managers and designers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project alignment. * Ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintain progress reports. Key Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (interior project experience preferred). * Freshers with a strong interest in interior design and site supervision are welcome to apply. * Excellent coordination and project management abilities. * Willingness to travel to project sites (up to 75%). * Diploma or degree in a relevant field (interior preferred).
