Requirements and responsibilities

-We follow the Scrum Framework, and the responsibilities of the Project Manager are closely tied to this. They will collaborate with the Product Owner and Lead Developer in Backlog Refinement for each project and will lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Sprint Retro with all Developers. -The Project Manager will formalize project timelines and track progress against key milestones. They will take an analytical view on maximizing team performance, whilst also considering team happiness. -The Project Manager will also be responsible for receiving occasional ad-hoc requests, and coordinating communication to ensure appropriate prioritization and integration into project planning.
