Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Recruit (through outbound email, LinkedIn and cold calling), relevant experts in industries who can be connected with the company clients - Lead, manage performance and train a growing team of up to 25 members - Hold meetings throughout the day with team members to guide their work - Report to the CEO on projects and team performance Requirements: - 3+ years working experience in sales, business development, customer support or recruitment ideally - Experience in team management (training, performance, onboarding, hiring/terminations) - Experience in cold calling or sales - High attention to detail - Computer and fast and stable internet connection - You are expected to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English.
