We’re looking for a Sr. Marketing Associate to join our highly collaborative team and help drive Advantmed’s growth. The right candidate for the role is a strong marketing generalist who is passionate about increasing both brand awareness and pipeline.What You’ll DoPartner with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to drive forward our brand and digital marketing programs to support growth objectivesPlan, develop, and execute integrated organic, paid social, and email campaigns that drive engagement and generate leadsSupport content creation and work with internal subject matter experts to plan content calendarLeverage the marketing and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaignsMaintain corporate website (WordPress), making updates as neededLiaise with marketing agencies and external vendors to facilitate the delivery and success of ongoing programsManage inbound leads to generate meetings and pipeline for sales teamReport on full-funnel performance and make recommendations for optimizationSupport marketing budget management and organization of invoices, contracts, and month-to-month trackingRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare spaceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldProficiency and experience in brand and digital marketing programs such as content and collateral creation (including Canva), email campaign creation and execution, and social media best practicesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and support program decisionsA flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficiency with Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation system is requiredBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From HomeWellness Resources
