We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer – PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) with strong support and troubleshooting expertise to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Provide application support for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM moduleHandle production support, incidents, and break/fix ticketsTroubleshoot functional and system-related issuesPerform root cause analysis and issue resolutionSupport configuration changes, enhancements, and testing activitiesCollaborate with business users and cross-functional teamsEnsure SLA adherence and smooth day-to-day operationsRequired Skills:Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGMExperience in production support & ticket handlingKnowledge of Performance Management and Goal Management processesExperience with user support, troubleshooting & defect resolutionGood understanding of SAP SuccessFactors configurationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to Have:Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modulesExperience in implementation or enhancement projectsSAP SuccessFactors CertificationLooking for proactive support professionals with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Interested candidates, please share your updated resumes at ruchika@infospeedinc.com
