You'll be the central hub keeping our projects moving, our clients supported, and our internal operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working with clients, and loves bringing structure to complex, multi-step projects.In this role, you will:Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables in AsanaSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up itemsLead project kick-off meetings and support regular status callsMaintain accurate project documentation, assignments, and updatesCoordinate logistics for annual conferences and periodic eventsPrepare client wrap-up reports and asset summariesServe as a friendly, reliable point of contact for day-to-day client communicationFollow up with clients after meetings on what was discussed, assignments, next steps, and gather missing informationPrepare creative briefs and support messaging developmentAssist with partner kits and other client-facing materialsManage social media accounts for select clientsDevelop and distribute client e-newslettersMaintain client websites with updates and blog postsSupport implementation of media or campaign plans (operational tasks only)Support event logistics and internal operations tasksHelp coordinate weekly staff meetingsPrepare presentations, agendas, and internal materialsMaintain organised digital files and documentationWorking Hours : This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, working from 9am to 3pm Eastern Time.
