Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP and software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will assist in driving end-to-end delivery of software development initiatives and third-party vendor solution deployments while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing ERP implementation and software development projects from initiation through completion. - Support the delivery of vendor solutions and ensure successful integration with business operations. - Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met. - Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and issues. - Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. - Analyze current business processes and assist with process improvement initiatives and ERP implementation efforts. - Prepare and distribute ERP daily reports and project status updates. - Track project progress and communicate updates to management and key stakeholders. - Support testing, training, and deployment activities as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience supporting software implementation, ERP projects, or project management activities. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project. - ERP system experience required; experience with Epicor ERP is highly preferred. - Knowledge of business process analysis and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
