Join Verdance and help improve government digital services!About the roleVerdance is looking for an Engineering Lead to help drive success on ambitious government healthcare technology projects. You’ll join a mission-driven company partnering with government agencies to build secure, scalable, and user-centered digital public services.You’ll ultimately play a leadership role on a team of 10-20 engineers broken into several scrum teams, but we may ask you to have a stint as an individual contributor during a ramp up period of several months. You’ll have significant influence over engineering standards, architecture decisions, and team culture.
