Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a social media management or digital content role.
• Demonstrated experience growing and managing brand accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and/or Facebook.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms.
• Strong English copywriting skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Portfolio of previous social media work required.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
◦ Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business priorities.
◦ Platform Strategy: Define the approach for each platform, including format, tone, and posting cadence.
◦ Campaign Planning: Design and execute social campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
Content Creation & Management:
◦ Copywriting: Write engaging, on-brand captions, posts, and responses for all channels.
◦ Content Briefing: Brief designers and videographers on visual content needs.
◦ Publishing: Schedule and publish content across platforms using management tools.
Community Management:
◦ Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
◦ Community Building: Foster genuine audience relationships and drive meaningful engagement.
◦ Reputation: Escalate and manage sensitive or negative interactions appropriately.
Analytics & Reporting:
◦ Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion.
◦ Reporting: Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
◦ Optimization: A/B test content formats, posting times, and messaging to continuously improve results.
