Requirements and responsibilities
- Cold call US small business owners from leads we provide.
- Qualify merchants: time in business, monthly revenue, credit profile.
- Collect documentation (bank statements, applications, IDs).
- Submit files to underwriting and assist with funder communication.
- Shadow senior representatives on live calls to learn pitching and objection handling.
- Maintain CRM notes and follow-ups.
- Call existing funded merchants for renewals (warm calls, easiest place to start).
