Our ultimate goal is to make transportation for delivery drivers as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers.Operations Lead — Role OverviewThe Operations Lead is responsible for day-to-day operational performance across all store locations, with a strong focus on mechanics productivity, inventory management, logistics coordination, and cross-functional alignment. This role acts as a central point of coordination between stores, warehouse, logistics, and leadership.Core ResponsibilitiesMechanics Performance ManagementTrack and analyze daily performance (points, KPIs, efficiency) across all mechanicsMaintain and update performance tracking systems and reportsFollow up directly with underperforming mechanics to identify issues and drive improvementProvide daily performance summaries and insights to managementSupport disciplinary processes (notices, attendance tracking, call-outs, etc.)Assist with scheduling, coverage planning, and cross-location staffingInventory & Stock ManagementOwn and maintain inventory tracking system for parts and accessories across all locationsAnalyze stock levels, usage trends, and forecast demandInitiate and manage transfer requests between warehouse and storesPrevent stock shortages through proactive planning and communicationSupport and oversee inventory counts and auditsLogistics & Fulfillment CoordinationPlan and coordinate transfers of bikes, batteries, and parts between locationsWork closely with logistics to ensure readiness on both shipping and receiving sidesMonitor bike availability across locations and align supply with demandOversee movement of damaged bikes, batteries, and scrapOperations OversightCommunicate daily with store teams to align on priorities and production targetsAssign workload to key locations (especially main warehouse/store with highest mechanic capacity)Monitor repair flow, turnaround time, and operational bottlenecksEnsure stores are properly equipped to meet demand and avoid lost salesTraining & OnboardingOnboard new mechanics on ERP basics and operational workflowsTrain store managers on inventory tools and transfer request processesProvide ongoing support and guidance on systems and proceduresCross-Functional CoordinationAct as a bridge between stores, logistics, procurement, legal, and leadershipResolve operational issues and conflicts in real timeSupport escalation handling and critical decision-makingAsset Tracking & ReportingTrack decommissioned bikes and maintain structured reportingMonitor fleet health, availability, and repair pipelineSupport leadership with data for operational decisionsAccount Management (B2B)Manage key B2B client (DutchX) operations end-to-endCoordinate repairs, logistics, and communication with clientHandle escalations and ensure service qualityAlign internal teams to support client needsRequirementsStrong analytical thinking and data-driven decision makingHigh ownership and accountability -Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneouslyClear and effective communication across different teamsProblem-solving under pressure in fast-paced environmentOperational planning and prioritizationBasic training and coaching skillsExperience with ERP systems and operational tools (preferred)Native/Fluent Russian speakerExcellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance bonuses ($1500-$2000 per month)Friendly and supportive teamOpportunity to work and grow professionally at an international level
