Position SummarySeeking experienced Workday Client-Side Implementation Advisors (one HCM and one Financials) to serve as strategic advisors and liaisons between the client and implementation partner.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the implementation partner (Accenture).Guide implementation discussions, facilitate decision-making, and provide strategic advisory support.Review and validate implementation approaches, deliverables, recommendations, and readiness activities.Identify risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts of business and system decisions.Support project governance, planning, issue resolution, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication.Advise business and technical teams throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle.Leverage prior Workday implementation experience and best practices to ensure project success.Assist with preparation for design, testing, deployment, and organizational readiness activities.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience supporting Workday HCM or Workday Financials implementations.Strong client-side advisory, implementation governance, or transformation experience.Deep understanding of Workday implementation lifecycle, planning, testing, readiness, and deployment activities.Ability to evaluate, challenge, and validate system integrator recommendations.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Experience collaborating with business, technical, and implementation partner teams.Public sector Workday implementation experience preferred.Preferred SkillsWorkday HCM AdvisorCore HCM, Benefits, PayrollAbsence Management, Time TrackingRecruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, SecurityReporting & Integrations, Workday Financials AdvisorGeneral Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)Expenses, Procurement Projects & Grants Budgeting, Banking & SettlementReporting & IntegrationsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with large System Integrators such as Accenture.Public sector or government Workday implementation experience.PMO, governance, readiness assessment, or transformation advisory experience.Strong ability to drive stakeholder alignment and implementation decision-making.Key SkillsWorkday HCM | Workday Financials | Client-Side Advisory | Implementation Governance | Stakeholder Management | Business Process Analysis | Risk & Dependency Management | Testing & Deployment Readiness | Public Sector Implementations | PMO Support | Change Management | Vendor Management | Reporting & Integrations
