This position is part time (28 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an outpatient center. Patient population is across the lifespan, ages 5-65.WHAT YOU’LL DOProvide video-based behavioral health assessment with patientsAssist with de-escalation and stabilizationPhone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sourcesAnalyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviorsProvide written recommendation on next level of assessment or careMaintain documentation within partner site’s EMRMaintain a therapeutic and safe environment for allProvide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team contextMaintain all required certifications and licensesWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORPMHNP certificationClinicians must have active state license2+ years of experience since obtaining licenseIntermediate to advanced experience with technologyStrong communication skillsEstablished and updated CAQH profile strongly preferredPOSITION LOGISTICS100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityYou will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses.
