OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a full-time Payroll Coordinator/Administrator. This work-from-home position is responsible for carrying out various day-to-day responsibilities that include oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Ansible Government SolutionsAnsible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing payroll operations for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Work with employees to capture missing time entries and clarify any discrepancies.Assist in reviewing and verifying time records for accuracy and completeness for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.Work with employees and clients to process prior pay period modifications and make timecard adjustments/corrections to support invoicing. Process payroll exceptions including overpayments, off-cycle adjustments, etc.Assist with processing PTO payouts, garnishments, bonuses, and any other supplemental pay.Respond to employee-related payroll inquiries.Assist in managing phone lines.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of payroll experience in multi-pay schedule environments.Experience supporting payroll for 500+ employees.Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and wage and hour regulations.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAnalytical and data processing skillsProficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (ISolved experience is a plus)No sponsorship availableCompany Benefits A generous benefits package including fully paid health insurance, vacation & sick leave as well as a 401K company match that vests immediatelyWork-life balance with corporate roles being 100% remoteAn ethical company run on the idea that taking good care of employees is good businessAll candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
