Requirements and responsibilities

We run a healthcare price transparency website in the US. We need someone to call independent clinics and medical offices in Austin, Texas to ask about their cash pay pricing as a potential new patient. This is simple phone research work. You will follow a script, fill in a Google Sheet with the prices you find, and report daily. Applications without a voice recording will not be considered. Responsibilities: - Call clinics from our list (urgent care, chiropractors, dentists, therapists, etc.). - Ask about cash pay / self-pay pricing as a new patient. - Fill in our Google Sheet with what they quote. - Work up to 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday. - Target: 25–40 calls per shift. Requirements: - Clear, neutral English accent (American callers preferred but not required). - Reliable internet and a way to make US calls (we will provide calling credits via Google Voice or similar). - Available during US business hours: 8am-4pm Central Time. - Organized — good at filling in spreadsheets accurately. - Honest — we need accurate data, not guesses. What We Provide: - Full call script (no improv needed). - Google Sheet with clinics to call. - Calling credits for US calls. - Clear instructions and examples. - Weekly payment via PayPal or Wise.
