Responsibilities include: own brand voice and consistency; translate technical docs into storytelling through case studies, articles, and campaigns; develop end-to-end campaign blueprints with audience segmentation; analyze industry and competition; ground creative work in financial mechanics and fintech knowledge; set KPIs and drive measurable content success. Requirements: 4–5 years as Content Strategist, Creator or Campaign Manager in fintech/technical fields; ability to turn complex content into accessible stories; understanding of traditional finance and ability to learn DeFi quickly; proven campaigns in finance or tech; experience with international distributed teams; exceptional English and strong independent ownership. Nice-to-have: journalism or long-form writing; strong portfolio. Perks: remote flexibility; optional Warsaw office.
