Requirements and responsibilities


We’re looking for someone who turns customer relationships into retention, renewals, and growth.In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, act as their strategic advocate inside Dizzion, and make sure they get real, measurable value from our DaaS platform.You’ll be a strong fit if you’ve worked in Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS, you’re comfortable making decisions from data, and you can translate technical capabilities into business outcomes that non-technical stakeholders care about.
