AI is not slowing down and the brands that figure out how to actually use it are going to leave everyone else behind. That's the space we're in at ChatWalrus and it's moving fast. We train teams at brands like Coach, Warby Parker, Fabletics, HexClad, and Caraway to use AI in their actual day to day work. Not theory. Real output.We need someone who owns the client relationship after the deal is signed. Onboarding, adoption, health, retention. This is an execution role, not strategy.5+ years in customer success or account management.B2B or SaaS background preferred.Consumer brand experience is a bonus.Remote, full-time, FAST-moving team.
